Select Language Please read all of the following directions to complete the submissions process. Only those submissions that are sent as requested will be considered for the Submissions Area or the Newsletter. We will not follow up on those submissions that are not sent in the requested formats.
--NOTE Read Carefully-- Please be advised when submitting your creative works ie: Photos, Craft Ideas, Newsletter Articles, Poetry, Songs, Chants ect, you agree to allow Children of the Circle use, post or display these Creative Works how, when and where we deem to do so. Upon submission to COTC, the Creative Works will become the property of Children of the Circle and may be used once or several times after initial submission. Do Not Send Original Creative Works, as we will not be able to return them to you. Send only scanned electronic copies or text files upon submission. We will accept text documents and PDF's for all written and composed works. Photos are to be in one of only two accepted formats ie: Eps, Png.Tiff, Bmp, Jpeg, Gif or Psd file formats. The submitted photos should be no larger in size than 2.24 Meg (raw data) or 3 Meg (encoded data). Files larger than this will be automatically restricted and not accepted by our system even though it is sent. Please feel free to submit various photos for consideration as often as you like. At the moment we will only accept photos via email attachments when submitted to us below. All other submissions can be sent via this submission format (email) or through the site submission forms found at various locations throughout our site. We cannot guarantee your submission will make it through the proper channels for consideration if we do not receive them in the proper manner. Credit for all Creative Works will be given strictly to their respective composers, writers, photographers ect. We want the individuals who create these fantastic works the proper credit where credit is due. If you have a submission that wins a position in the Newsletter, it will be sent out to all subscribers as well as posted on the Newsletter Page of our site for an entire month!
